In Fact, Why Claim A Label At All…
Why say “My MS”? Or, “My arthritis”, “my seizures”, or “my whatever.” Did you ask for it? Do you really wish to claim it? To own it? To keep it? Spend the rest of your life wearing that label?
For myself, not saying “my” MS helps me keep my identity separate and helps me keep a positive outlook on the future. Only speak positive stuff!
It has been my observation that Multiple Sclerosis seems to effect those of us with a strong, stubborn will and a busy lifestyle. For those , like myself, with a biblical influence, one must also have strong faith to sustain your composure and determination in the face of being diagnosed with any type of compromised condition.
Besides, how does choosing to give up, help you or anyone around you? Trust me, There have been those days when it takes every cell in my body, and my brain and every fiber of my soul to muster up the strength and willpower to even want to get out of bed and face the day – that is, until I fund my new primary business.
Sometimes we must take responsibility for a compromising condition as a result of our own choices and decisions. When that is the case the condition, e.g. being overweight, can often be undone with a bit of hard work and planning, and maybe some outside help.
It has been my experience that if it took a year to get into the condition you’re in, it will typically take two or more years to reverse it providing that the influential factors can be eliminated.
I have believed since my first symptoms appeared that there had to be environmental factors involved. Given that there is no record of the condition in my family history, it only makes sense that this condition is caused, at least somewhat, by environmental factors otherwise, why would there be an increase in diagnosed cases.
Are you struggling with an auto-immune disorder? Do you believe that foreign, man-made substances such as a prescription drugs are truly a cure? Usually they are simply for symptom management. It is quite common that you’ll eventually need another drug to deal with the side effects of the first drug.
Knowing that there are times when meds are imperative, I still believe that a holistic approach provides for a healthier, more sustainable, and a longer, more rewarding life.
Do you believe that in many cases, your body can repair itself when you provide it with the best building blocks? Truly synergistic solutions for man.
Would you like to know how my body recently improved my strength, eliminated a nagging tickle cough I’d had for a year or longer, took 5 unassisted steps for the first time in 5 years, removed some spots I had in my vision or how a mole and skin tags are disappearing?
If so, I’d love you to hear from you in one of the following ways;
