If One Doesn’t Believe In Their “Self” Nothing Else Matters Either.

When we don’t think we are important or think that others are “better” then it is too easy to get discouraged and sit back and do nothing.

Confidence - Fuel pump to succeed

We all need to fill up here!

Aren’t there are enough things in this world to get discouraged about without people getting down on themselves?

When there have been circumstances that may have caused you to feel that way, I would encourage you to look at things in a different way.

It’s time for a paradigm shift!

Whoever and what ever the powers are that created us and everything known to us – I would venture to say that they did not make a mistake.

Personally, I have to write this down once in a while as a reminder to myself as well, so bear with me please.

There may have been circumstances in your life, as there are in mine, that have left you feeling inadequate, such as:

  • a divorced family of origin,
  • poverty,
  • a birth defect or acquired disability
  • health challenges,
  • personal divorce(s),
  • mental, physical or sexual abuse of self or your children,
  • mental illness-your own or a parent’s,
  • a lack of or abuse of religious beliefs,
  • neglect,
  • Fill in the blank…

Any number of things can cause low self-esteem. But I also believe it’s our choice to stay there and not try to overcome these unwarranted feelings which are usually caused by someone else’s misguided circumstances.

A paradigm shift is required in order to gain or regain any ground.

This is one reason why when we start comparing ourselves to others and thinking that we are less important or valuable than someone else that we lose any chance of having any self esteem.

A spiral bound book with the title you can do it; unlocked the power of your potential.

Stop listening to those negative voices in your head!

It has been my experience that the lack of self-esteem will always cause you to doubt yourself and your amazing abilities. One with low self-esteem will never believe that they’re good enough, smart enough or pretty enough to have anyone pay attention to them without a paradigm shift in your thinking.

Side note: Personally, I’m sick of paying attention – Attention simply has to be the richest being on earth by now!

Seriously though, a lack of self esteem is not a laughing matter!  You can become an online marketer even if you’re disabled.

Everyone can decide to make a paradigm shift in their thinking and their behavior – it truly is a choice made daily.
